Key-Jack is committed to maintaining accurate and effective KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify the identity of its Users in order to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing practices. In particular, in the event of a suspected AML violation, Key-Jack may contact the User to obtain the following information: - the User's first and last name; - the User's date of birth; - the User's residential address; - the User's proof of address (any document showing the User's name and residential address); - the User's ID document number; - a copy of the User's ID document; - a photo showing the User holding the ID document; - a photo of the User's partially covered bank card. The KYC procedures implemented by Key-Jack are designed in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations, and are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure their maximum effectiveness and compliance with generally applicable laws. Key-Jack maintains the right to deny access for insufficient identity proof or suspected fraud, reporting any sanctioned or high-risk attempts to the Financial Intelligence Unit promptly. High-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), their families or associates and individuals from countries identified as high-risk by the Financial Action Task Force, may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide the required identity verification may result in denial or account closure.
Key-Jack is committed to preventing the use of its services for money laundering activities. To that end, the Company has established and maintains an AML program that includes the following measures: - The implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls to prevent the use of its services for money laundering; - The training of relevant employees on the requirements of the AML program and their obligations to comply with it; - The development and implementation of customer due diligence measures to identify and verify the identity of customers, and to assess and monitor their money laundering risks; - The reporting of suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; - The development and maintenance of an effective risk-based approach to AML compliance. The Company will periodically review and update its AML program to ensure that it remains effective and compliant with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.
In order to prevent potential incidents of money laundering, financing of terrorist or criminal operations: - Key-Jack does not allow Users to make cash purchases or redemptions or peer-to-peer transfers; - Key-Jack prohibits Users from making purchases by third parties; - Key-Jack prohibits the sharing of accounts and allowing the use of accounts by third parties other than the registered User; - Key-Jack strictly adheres to the rules of record keeping; - Key-Jack has the right to refuse a transaction if it is suspected of violating AML rules; - Key-Jack, in accordance with international law, has the right to report suspicious activities of Users to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
By creating an account, User: - agrees not to use the platform for any illegal activities, in particular but not exclusively, those related to money laundering, hiding its illegal origin, or supporting terrorist or criminal operations; - acknowledge that if necessary, Key-Jack may report User’s account details and individual information to the relevant authorities. Key-Jack implements and undertakes to comply with all AML and KYC provisions indicated in the body of this document in order to provide a safe environment for all Users and complies with law enforcement requests for information as required by law, cooperating with the relevant authorities if needed. The website does not store photos submitted in the KYC process.
